1) Architectural Design:

For a competitive price we can work with you to re-design your space to fit your needs and budget. We will then provide you with final drawings that can be used for bidding and permitting by another party hired by you to do the construction.

2) Construction Phase Consulting Services:

Significant savings on the cost of construction can be achieved when you the homeowner hire your own subcontractors. This is a cost controlling alternative to hiring a General Contractor who charges mark up fees on each sub contractor fee, as well as large contingencies to cover the risk of mistakes.

Though most municipalities allow you to contract projects on your own home, it can be a confusing and overwhelming endeavor. We offer hands on consulting services to relieve stress and help you through this process.

These services include:

• Applying for and obtaining a building permit

• Assistance finding qualified sub contractors

• Review the sub contractors shop drawings and pricing

• Inspect the work, communicating any deficiencies or incomplete areas to all parties

• Help answer any questions you have throughout the process.
